Inclusion, Belonging & Thriving

Your privacy & anonymity

This questionnaire is completely anonymous. We do not collect names, email addresses, dates of birth, or any way to identify you or your child. To understand how whole families experience SEND, the website generates a random Family ID (for example SIBT-84X2). You complete the parent form first, then use that ID to add your children's forms. Your answers are combined with other families' to create area statistics shown on public dashboards. You can close the page any time before submitting to erase your answers. Please do not type any names or personal details in the free-text boxes.

Results are collated anonymously per area to support the Ofsted area SEND research and local co-production. Full research & ethics statement to be added.
