SEND Accountability Project

Letters & Documents

Every practical tool in one place — templates, trackers and letter generators to help you document what's happening, hold your council to its legal duties and escalate confidently when you need to. Everything you build stays private on your own device.

Letter Templates

Ready-to-edit letters for every stage — requesting an assessment, naming a school, chasing a missed deadline and more. Fill in the gaps and send.
